采用垂直分型射砂，模架180°翻转倒空砂芯，动模板可选择开模取芯或开模后下翻90°顶芯，有升降接芯车移出取芯或上翻90°向上顶芯、取芯叉移出取芯。并可双面射砂， 驱动方式有气动或液压方式。
